I know everyone in the world is asking: “What did Ralph Macchio do on his 50th Birthday last night?” Well wonder no more world! The Karate Kid himself came over to me casa for an impromptu slumber party. Obvi.

The doorbell rang about 5pm and there was Ralph with his valise ready to party!
I couldn’t believe how great the birthday boy looked. Not a day over 49! He still had all the youthful charm of his Danielson days.
We started out the night with some good ole’ fashioned board games.
Who knew Ralph Macchio liked Murder She wrote as much as I do! We spent a lot of time in Cabot Cove, if ya know what I mean. and I think ya do.

Gotta love Angela Lansbury. Oh me and Ralph Machio had a blast unlocking all the mysteries and murders that “she” wrote. Or did she? We may never know! After three hours of dead or alive mayhem, we decided to listen to some music.
Ralph Macchio’s taste in music was daring, bold, unexpected and erotic.

I was pretty surprised when he pulled out his favorite…because it is my favorite too!
Me, Ralph Macchio and Def Lep. Pretty much a recipe for a perfect Friday night.
Then Ralph Macchio and I decided to play dress up! I opened up the costume closet and the two off us went wild. Well…one of us did!
Of course, it’s no surprise that Ralph Macchio wanted to be the bride.
You gotta admit, Ralph does look pretty good in pearls.

Then we had a good ole’ fashioned jam session. Ralph Macchio was just itching to get on those black and white 88s.

Who knew Ralph was such a musical maniac? He was so focused. It was like he was in some kind of trance. He didn’t even blink!

I didn’t hear playing like that since Vladimir Horowitz!
We decided to relax a bit after our musical interlude, so I pulled out my beloved coin collection. I mean what slumber party is complete without coin collecting? None I have ever been to!

He got really into my state quarter collection. Which B.T.Dubs has fallen by the way side as of late. Still have quite a lot to collect. Ralph Machio and I spent a lot of time on the west coast. The map says 1999-2008, so technically I have 3 years of catching up to do.

Ralph Macchio and I were determined to get at least one more state in the right slot. But no matter how hard we tried, we could only find Connecticut. After 2 hours we finally gave up.
The night was wearing on, but the surprises were not. Ralph Macchio revealed many surprises on his 50th birthday to me during our slumber party. First of all he enjoys a pipe!

He can play a sexy sax!

He always carries a $2 bill. In fact it’s the only legal tender he uses.

Also if there was any doubt, Ralph Macchio sleeps with one leg out of the covers. And his eyes open. Obvi. He has to be aware of enemies coming in to clobber him.
But things did get a little weird. And by a little weird I mean real weird.
Yes, I walked in on Ralph Macchio using my cat’s pee pad. I mean, he is the Karate Kid so he can do whatever he wants, and really, it makes a lot of sense. Why use a toilet when the pad is right there? I just think it was kind of a bold move considering we just met, that’s all.
But I never would have guessed what would have happened next.

Last night, Ralph Macchio asked me to marry him. A birthday slash slumber party surprise for sure. I had always dreamed of the Karate Kid being my main squeeze but I had to say no. I am kinda totally in love with my high school prom date. And I can’t stop obsessing about our dream wedding. Sorry Ralph. But don’t worry about the birthday boy, he quickly found another lady.

We told secrets until the sun rose.
And then we made our way out into the world this morning for Ralph Macchio’s first day of the rest of his life.
We headed to Dunkins to Ralph could get his Pumpkin Spice Latte and of course he left a huge tip, no surprise.

What was a surprise was our emergency stop to the deli for Ralph to pick up his organic energy shots. The mystery is solved! Those boyish good looks and youthful charisma don’t just come from honest living people!

Happy 50th Birthday, Ralph Macchio. I will never forget the best night of my life. The night I scored the winning touch down and won the big game for my High School Football Team to go to State and thus securing me a way out of this stinking mill town. Oh and last night was fun too.
