Okay. Which city has it down pat? Paris, France or Parma, Italy. I spotted 2 sets of fashionistas on the streets of these modern cities, all women, all beautiful, all with somewhere to go in a hurry, and all wearing coats! (What do you expect- IT’S FREEZING!)
